Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 25 g cream
- salt and pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 gherkins (together approx. 80 g)
- 200 g cucumber(s)
- Chives, dill
- garlic powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the quark with the natural yogurt, cream, and spices. Crush the garlic and add it to the quark. Finely chop the gherkins and mix in. Peel and halve the cucumber, scrape out the seeds, and grate the cucumber. Fold it into the quark. Mix in the herbs. I always use frozen dill and chives if I’m in a hurry; otherwise, use fresh! Season to taste with pepper and garlic, if desired.
