Quick white bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 ml milk
  • 500 g wheat flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • Fat for the mold
  • possibly raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Knead the ingredients thoroughly for 3 minutes and pour into a greased loaf pan (do not let it rise!). Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 50 minutes. If you like, you can also knead a 250g bag of raisins into the dough.
