Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g sugar
- 350 g wholemeal wheat flour or wholemeal spelt flour
- 250 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 5 g baking soda
- 200 g sour cream
- 5 tbsp milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
easy to bake, yet very moist, from a springform pan
Simply mix all the ingredients (at room temperature) thoroughly. Pour the batter into a springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 50-60 minutes.
