Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quince(s), peeled, diced
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 100 ml apple or orange juice
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and mix. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Tip: This compote goes well with vanilla ice cream or vanilla sauce.
