Sheet cake, simple but delicious

Quarter the quinces, peel, and core them. Cut into small cubes and simmer in about 200 ml of water and a little lemon juice for about 15 minutes (they should be soft enough to puree with a hand blender). Cream the butter, sugar, and eggs until very fluffy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in. Then stir in the cooled quince puree (should be 150 g). Add the chocolate chips. Spread onto a greased baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). A toothpick test is helpful. Dust with powdered sugar.
