Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g quinoa, ground
- 150 g buckwheat flour
- 20 g chia seeds
- 30 g walnuts
- 20 g dates
- 15 g protein powder, optional, for flavor
- 3 tsp dry yeast
- some water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
High-carb, low-fat
Combine all ingredients and knead by hand into a smooth, firm dough, gradually adding water. Chop the walnuts and dates, but mix them into the dough in small pieces. Let the dough rise for at least 20 minutes, then bake at 180°C for 60 minutes. Tip: Simply process the quinoa and buckwheat into flour in a blender.
