Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 50 g quinoa
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 500 ml soy milk (soy drink) or other milk, no matter what kind
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the quinoa according to the package instructions. Then bring the soy milk to a boil with the quinoa, a pinch of salt, sugar, and cinnamon, and simmer the porridge over low heat for about 10-15 minutes. Enjoy with fresh fruit, nuts, etc.!
