Quäse Fitness Snack
The perfect quäse fitness snack recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the dressing:
- 5 Radish
- 1 handful Rocket salad or lamb’s lettuce
- 1 Tomato
- 0,5 Pepper fresh
- 1 Baguette or ciabatta
- 3 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard, medium hot
- 1 tsp Balsamic cream
- Salt pepper
- Wash the ingredients, pat dry or spin and chop finely, place in a salad bowl.
- Mix the oil with mustard, balsamic cream, salt and pepper well together and pour over the salad ingredients. Mix everything together well. Cut the baguette or ciabatta into about 15 slices and serve the mixture on the bread.
- 3rd tip: If you like, you can toast the bread slices in a little oil. The ingredients cut or plucked into smaller pieces can also be mixed together in the Quick-Chef or Extra-Chef (TW).
