Raclette – grilled potatoes

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) cheese (raclette cheese)
  • 4 small potatoes, peeled, from the previous day
  • some oil
  • some herb butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Using leftovers with a greeting to winter

First, carefully brush or spread four pieces of aluminum foil with oil and a generous amount of herb butter. Halve the potatoes and scoop out a little. Place some of the cheese inside and put the potatoes back together so that no cheese shows through (otherwise it will stick unsightly to the aluminum foil). Wrap the potatoes tightly in the foil and place them on the edge of the grill. The cooking time depends on the heat of the grill—so just check in every now and then. Since the potatoes are already cooked, they just need to get pleasantly warm. In our experience, they take between 5 minutes on high embers and 30 minutes at the end of the grilling.
