Radish and apple salad with spring onions

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 apple
  • ½ spring onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • possibly water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Trim the green parts of the radishes and then wash them. Then cut them into sticks. Wash the apple and cut them into sticks. Wash and finely chop the spring onions. Make the dressing from the listed ingredients and season to taste. Mix or layer the radishes with the apples in salad bowls, as desired, then pour the dressing over the apples and sprinkle with spring onions.
