Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ bunch radishes, cut into wafer-thin slices
- 300 g white radish(s), cut into wafer-thin slices
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- ½ tsp mustard, medium hot
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- e.g. sugar or honey
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the radish and turnip slices and the spring onion rings in a bowl. Make a dressing with the remaining ingredients, pour over the vegetables, and mix. Season with salt and pepper and let it marinate for a while.
