Radish and Tomato Salad with Cheese

The perfect radish and tomato salad with cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 bunch Radish
  • 5 Cherry date tomatoes
  • 100 g Cheese (any)
  • 1 Spring onion stick
  • 1 teaspoon Green peppercorns fresh
  • 3 teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Cress (garden cress)
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 0,5 Handful Arugula
  1. Wash, clean and slice the radishes. Cut the washed tomatoes into slices, dice the cheese and cut the spring onions into rings. Rinse the rocket well and spin dry. Put these ingredients on a plate.
  2. Crush the peppercorns with a mortar. Add the olive oil, orange juice, honey and salt and whisk.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with some cress.
