- 1 bunch of radishes
- some oil or clarified butter
- Seasoning mix, e.g. fried potato salt, fries salt, OR:
- Salt and paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean the radishes, slice them thinly, and fry them in hot oil. When the radishes are crispy, sprinkle with seasoning. Important: Season the radishes only after frying, otherwise they will absorb water and become mushy. With 2.2 g of carbohydrates per 100 g of radishes, they’re a great alternative to “real” fried potatoes.
