Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 radish(s)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 3 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 bunch chives, fresh
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 10 minutes

Peel the radish and slice it thinly. Add the crème fraîche, mayonnaise, and a little salt, and mix with the finely chopped chives. Let it sit in the refrigerator for about 8 hours.
