Radish salad with chives

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bunch radishes
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 tbsp chives, cut into rings

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Slice the radishes. Make a dressing from mayonnaise, salt, and pepper and pour it over the dish. Let it sit for a while, then stir. Just before serving, stir in a few chives. We always serve them with butter slices. You can also use yogurt instead of mayonnaise, but this version is a bit more runny and also very tasty.
