Tomato and cucumber salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 250 g tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise, light (yoghurt mayonnaise)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quickly and easily dressed with yogurt mayonnaise

Peel and slice the cucumber. Trim and slice the tomatoes. Mix both. Let stand for a few minutes, then scoop out any excess water from the cucumber with a spoon. Mix the mayonnaise with lemon juice, pepper, and salt. Then stir into the salad. Serve immediately.
