Radish salad with cucumbers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 large radishes
  • 1 cucumber(s), peeled
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 250 ml yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • Chive rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and grate the radish, halve the cucumber and slice it thinly. Combine all the vegetable ingredients. Mix the other ingredients together to make a dressing and toss it with the salad. Serve immediately. It goes well with roasts or cold cuts, or with hot boiled potatoes or just with brown bread. Tip: You can also use firm pickled cucumbers instead of the cucumber!
