Radish sausage salad with celery

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g celery
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 250 g meat sausage (poultry)
  • 80 g gherkins (cornichons)
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp chives, cut into rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean and slice the celery and radishes, reserving the celery greens for garnish if desired. Cut the sausage into strips and slice the gherkins lengthwise. Roughly tear the parsley leaves and mix with the mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar, and oil. Stir in all the other ingredients and let stand for about 10 minutes. Serve on a plate, sprinkle with chives, and garnish with the celery greens, if desired.
