Radish – Surimi Salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 radish(s)
  • 80 g corn, (can) drained
  • 150 g surimi
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the radish and cut it into julienne strips. Wash and drain. Then mix with the drained corn and mayonnaise. Finely chop the surimi and add it. Season with salt and pepper.
