Raffaello quark with colorful berries

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 600 g frozen mixed berries
  • 150 g confectionery (e.g. Raffaello)
  • 1 kg low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 kg cream cheese
  • 250 ml coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Remove the berries from the freezer and let them thaw briefly. Halve the Raffaellos. Whisk the quark with coconut milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth. First fold in about ⅔ of the Raffaellos, then the berries, leaving 2-3 tablespoons for decoration. Pour the cream into a large dessert bowl. Sprinkle with the remaining Raffaellos and berries. Chill for at least 1 hour. Remove the dessert from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving.
