Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 15 scoops of confectionery (Raffaelo)
  • 300 ml milk
  • 70 g sugar
  • 250 g cream
  • 200 ml vodka

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Super easy, super delicious.

Combine the Raffaellos and milk in a bowl and let it soften slightly. Add the sugar and blend everything with a hand blender. Add the cream and vodka and stir well. Refrigerate and then bottle.
