Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of leaf spinach, frozen
- ½ pack of cream cheese, 0.2% fat
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- n. B. garlic

Defrost the spinach in the microwave (on the lowest setting for about 5 minutes). Drain the thawing water. Add the cream cheese and heat on high for another 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. The cream cheese should be melted. Mix well, season with pepper, salt, freshly grated nutmeg, and perhaps a little garlic, and serve immediately. It’s super easy and quick to make, very low in fat, and tastes almost like creamed spinach.
