Leek – meat sausage – pot

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg leek
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 ring/s of meat sausage
  • 1 liter of broth
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the leek, slice it into rings, and fry it in a pan with a little oil. Dice the sausage and add it to the leek, frying for a few minutes. Then add the broth, bring to a boil, and simmer for a few minutes. Stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Serve with boiled potatoes.
