Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp, heaped margarine, e.g. Becel Classic
  • 3 tbsp, heaped whipped cream
  • 2 tsp, heaped hazelnut spread
  • 1 bottle of lemon flavor
  • 3 large eggs
  • 300 g wheat flour type 405
  • 15 g stevia powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 20 g oat flakes
  • 100 g raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 40 minutes

with oat flakes and nut nougat cream

First, add the milk, margarine, cream, hazelnut spread, flavoring, and eggs to the bread maker, then add the flour, stevia, salt, vanilla sugar, baking powder, oats, and raisins. Mix all ingredients thoroughly using the “Dough” program, adding a little liquid or flour if necessary, until a slightly sticky (rather thick) dough forms. Then restart the “Bake” program and finish baking the cake. If desired, you can dust the finished cake with powdered sugar or glaze.
