Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2,000 g apples
  • 2 onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 piri-piri or dried chili pepper
  • 400 ml white wine
  • 10 grains of allspice
  • 70 g brown sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel, trim, and dice the apples. Peel and dice the onions and garlic. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour hot into prepared twist-off jars, seal immediately, and let cool. It goes well with game, meat, and also for refining sauces.
