Raisin Child's Spicy Cheese Cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g ricotta
  • 250 g sour cream, crème fraîche, cream cheese or mascarpone
  • 3 bulbs garlic, tips cut off
  • 3 chili peppers (Piri-Piri), finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp sauce (Asian sweet and hot seasoning sauce, ajvar or red relish)
  • Salt and pepper, colorful
  • Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Wrap the garlic bulbs in aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for at least 40 minutes. Let cool. Combine all the cream ingredients, squeeze the garlic bulbs over the top, stir, and season generously with the spices. Let stand for at least 1 hour. It’s a great dip for tacos and vegetable sticks, and also goes well with raclette or fondue, as well as for cold or warm roasting, and even on white bread.
