Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 100 g cornstarch
- 4 tbsp milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 250 g raisins
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the raisins and dry them thoroughly. Mix all ingredients into a tough dough. Drop small heaps of the dough onto a greased baking sheet using a teaspoon and bake at 175°C until the surface is lightly browned.
