Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g asparagus
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tsp sweetener, liquid
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 sprig(s) thyme and parsley
- pepper

Asparagus enjoyment without fat, sugar and salt
Peel the asparagus and cook in salt-free water for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the mustard, tomato paste, sweetener, vinegar, and water into a smooth, creamy sauce. Pick the thyme from the stems and chop the parsley. Add to the sauce and season with pepper. Serve with the asparagus.
