Raspberry-almond meringues

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 egg whites
  • 400 g sugar
  • 2 tsp Balsamic vinegar (raspberry balsamic vinegar)
  • 100 g almonds, chopped
  • 1 pack of wafers
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Protein utilization

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form, gradually adding the sugar. Add the raspberry balsamic vinegar and fold in the chopped almonds. Place small heaps of the mixture onto the wafers using a teaspoon. Bake at 150°C (convection oven) for about 30 minutes. Very sweet but incredibly delicious!
