Raspberry and Cherry Plum Ice Cream

The perfect raspberry and cherry plum ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 cups Cream
  • 1 cups Yogurt, 150 gr.
  • 250 ml Raspberry syrup
  • 250 ml Cherry plum juice
  • 3 Free range eggs
  1. Mix all ingredients together and place in the electric ice cream maker. Let it run for 60 minutes. Then fill in Tupperware and put in the freezer. Shape into large balls and add a little cream. Tastes great! Have fun with my ice cream kitchen!
