Raspberry-banana cream

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g yogurt
  • 50 g quark
  • 200 g raspberries
  • 1 banana(s)
  • possibly sugar
  • possibly milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

a fresh, fruity cream with many variations

Combine yogurt, quark, raspberries, banana, and, for those with a sweet tooth, sugar to taste in a blender. Once the mixture is smooth, it’s ready to serve. If the cream becomes too thick, simply add a little milk. If it’s too runny, mix it with other fruits, quark, or yogurt. Tip: You can use this cream on its own or with ice cream, fruit salad, etc. I also like to put it briefly in the microwave and serve it warm with ice cream, or in the summer, refrigerate it for a while and then eat it cold. All delicious!
