with information for Stevia and sugar

Wash the apples and core them. Sauté them in a little white wine, water, a pinch of stevia (or 2 tablespoons of sugar), and a dash of cinnamon for about 10 minutes. Whisk the quark with yogurt and the pinch of stevia (or 50g of sugar) until fluffy. Season with lemon juice. Arrange the still-warm apples on plates and fill them with the cream. Sprinkle with flaked almonds or praline and serve quickly. Tip: If you like, you can also make vanilla pudding and spread it over the cream before sprinkling the flaked almonds on top.
