Raspberry-banana shake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 sprig(s) lemon balm
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 250 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 2 scoops of ice cream (vanilla ice cream)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Slice the bananas, pick the lemon balm leaves, and mix both with the raspberries. Then add the buttermilk, milk, maple syrup (or honey), and ice cream and blend until smooth.
