Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 biscuits (butter biscuits)
- 250 g raspberries, frozen
- 150 ml cream, whipped until stiff
- 1 pkt. vanilla sugar, real
- 1 pack of cream cheese (vanilla flavor)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes

Place two butter cookies in a small bowl and top with the frozen raspberries. Make a custard from the whipped cream, vanilla sugar, and vanilla cream cheese and spread it evenly over the raspberries. Then place the raspberries in the refrigerator to chill. Garnish with a raspberry before serving, if desired.
