Raspberry cream dessert

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 800 g cream cheese (Philadelphia)
  • 800 g cream, liquid
  • 300 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 packs of raspberries (frozen)
  • 2 g almond(s), sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix together the Philadelphia, cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Briefly roast the almonds in a dry pan. Layer the cream and raspberries in a tall glass dish. Finally, scatter the roasted almonds on top.
