Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 800 g cream cheese (Philadelphia)
- 800 g cream, liquid
- 300 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 packs of raspberries (frozen)
- 2 g almond(s), sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix together the Philadelphia, cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Briefly roast the almonds in a dry pan. Layer the cream and raspberries in a tall glass dish. Finally, scatter the roasted almonds on top.
