Raspberry Crunch
The perfect raspberry crunch recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Make brittle
- 60 g Sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
Cooking pudding
- 0,5 liter Milk
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 packet Custard powder
Intermediate layer
- 200 g Raspberries fresh
Making brittle:
- Melt the sugar, add sunflower seeds, be sure to reduce the heat a little. Stir constantly, when a nice color has developed, place the hot brittle on a tray and let it cool down. Then break.
Cooking pudding:
- Prepare the pudding from milk, sugar & pudding powder.
4 Gläser richten:
- Pour approx. 3 tablespoons of pudding into the glasses, layer 3 raspberries and a little brittle. Spread the rest of the pudding on the glasses. Layer the raspberries and brittle.
