Vanilla cream with mandarins

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slices of rusk
  • 1 can mandarin orange(s), drained
  • 1 pack of cream powder (vanilla), no cooking
  • 300 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dice the rusks and mix with the drained mandarins. Prepare the vanilla cream according to the package instructions and spread it over the rusks. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
