Raspberry ice cream for diabetics

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 ml milk, 1.5%
  • 150 g raspberries, frozen
  • 2 tbsp sweetener for diabetics

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

low-calorie, suitable for WW 1.5 P. per portion

Pour the milk and raspberries into a suitable container and blend with a hand blender until creamy. Sweeten with diabetic sweetener if desired. Freeze in the freezer or make in an ice cream maker. You can also substitute the raspberries with other frozen fruits.
