Raspberry-Lemon Ice Cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g raspberries
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon peel
  • 400 ml cream
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 can condensed milk, sweetened (Milkmaid)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 5 minutes

Puree the raspberries, then mix all the ingredients. Freeze either in an ice cream maker or place in the freezer for a few hours, stirring thoroughly every hour.
