Raspberry – Lime

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g raspberries, fresh
  • 1 lime(s), fresh
  • 250 ml rum, white
  • possibly sweetener, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for the beautiful hours for two

Wash the raspberries and then puree them with a hand blender in a tall bowl. Now juice the lime and add it, along with the rum, while stirring continuously. Season to taste and pour into tall glasses with a straw. If the sweetness isn’t quite right, add a dash of liquid sweetener.
