Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g raspberries, washed, alternatively frozen
  • 400 g sugar
  • ½ liter of grain alcohol or vodka
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 28 days; Total time approx. 28 days 10 minutes

Combine raspberries and sugar, place in a clean glass jar, fill with grain alcohol or vodka, and tightly cover. Let it rest in a warm, dark place for about 4 weeks (the sugar must have dissolved). Filter or strain and pour into prepared bottles.
