Heavenly, gigantic and guaranteed to be a dessert hit!
Crumble the mixed meringues in a large bowl (this is best done by hand). Sprinkle the frozen raspberries over the meringue crumbs. Mix the quark and yogurt with the sugar. Whip 1 liter of cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the quark mixture. Spread the cream and quark mixture over the raspberries. Finally, sprinkle the brown sugar over the mixture and let the dessert sit in a cool place for at least 8 hours. The brown sugar will liquefy during this time and be absorbed into the meringue-raspberry mixture. Simply delicious, very quick, and super easy!
