Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ orange(s)
  • 6 stalk(s) cinnamon (Ceylon)
  • 125 g brown sugar
  • 0.7 liters of brandy

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Squeeze half an orange. Place the cinnamon sticks, juice, and sugar in a bottle. Pour in the brandy, seal, and let it steep in a dark place for about 4 weeks. Then strain through a sieve lined with cheesecloth and pour the liqueur into a decorative 0.8 l bottle.
