Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 800 g raspberries
- 700 g watermelon(s), seedless
- 1 pack of gelling sugar 3:1
- 1 dashes lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 34 minutes
Strain the raspberries through a sieve and cut the watermelon into chunks. Place everything in a large pot and blend until finely ground using an immersion blender. I always blend everything until finely ground. Then add the sugar according to the package instructions, boil gently for 4 minutes, and pour into hot, rinsed jars. Seal the jars and let everything cool completely.
