Raspberry porridge with banana and kiwi

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 60 g oat flakes
  • 400 ml water
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place the oats and water in a pan. Bring the oats to a boil and stir. Simmer for 2-5 minutes, stirring regularly. Cook until the porridge reaches the desired consistency. Add the raspberries and stir once more. Mash half of the bananas and mix them with the porridge. Cut the kiwi and the remaining bananas into smaller pieces and garnish the porridge with them. Sprinkle the desiccated coconut on top.
