Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g raspberries
  • 125 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Puree the raspberries with the powdered sugar and pass through a fine sieve. Mix with the lemon juice and refrigerate.
