Raspberry sauce à la Gabi

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 2 lemons

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sort fresh raspberries and thaw frozen raspberries. Puree raspberries in a blender or with a hand blender. Mix in sugar. Squeeze the lemon juice and season the raspberry sauce with it. Strain the sauce through a fine sieve to remove the seeds. Tip: The sauce can also be served hot, for example, with vanilla ice cream. Add 2 cl of raspberry brandy, if desired.
