Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

super delicious, refreshing smoothie that can also be made with other fruits

Roughly puree the raspberries. Then add the yogurt and blend on a relatively high speed until a relatively liquid mixture forms. Then add enough milk until you are satisfied with the consistency. Once everything is blended, add the vanilla sugar and blend again. If the smoothie is still too sour, you can add sugar. Now it’s ready, and you can garnish it with a few mint leaves while it’s still cold. If you have fresh raspberries, simply crush a few ice cubes in the blender at the beginning and then add the raspberries; however, this will often result in small pieces of ice in the smoothie. Of course, you can also use other fruits, such as blueberries.
