Raspberry trifle

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup mascarpone (maybe half yogurt, half mascarpone)
  • 1 bag of raspberries (frozen)
  • some cookies, (chocolate cookies)
  • some honey
  • some powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

super fast and delicious

Mix the mascarpone with a little honey; for a lighter version, you can also use half yogurt and half mascarpone. Thaw the frozen raspberries or warm them briefly in the microwave and stir in some powdered sugar. Crumble the biscuits into bite-sized pieces. Fill two glasses alternately with mascarpone (yogurt), crumbled chocolate biscuits (I recommend dark chocolate, otherwise the whole thing will be very sweet), and the raspberries. Decorate with some biscuits at the end, if desired. It’s quick and looks quite elegant.
