Raspberry Vanilla Dessert

The perfect raspberry vanilla dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Vanilla caramel ice cream
  • 250 g Cream cheese
  • 5 blackboard Cream milk chocolate Whole milk noisette cream
  • 5 blackboard Custard
  • 1 bunch Mint leaves
  • 1 packet Raspberries
  1. Put the ice cream in a bowl, add 250 g of cream cheese and 200 g of raspberries and use a mixer to form a mixture.
  2. Pour the ice cream mass into any shape and freeze for about 4 hours.
  3. Melt the chocolate in a saucepan / water bath and pour it over the frozen ice cream or dip it briefly in the chocolate bath.
  4. Decorate with raspberries, mint leaves and vanilla sauce.
